Are my feelings normal and OK?
Perhaps you are worried about your family and friends, perhaps you feel anxious about your own health or safety. You may feel like you want to be on your own or perhaps you worry that sometimes you forget to be sad and maybe even feel guilty for having fun or laughing with your friends.
At what can be a difficult and confusing time it is only natural to question whether what we are feeling is ok or even if it is 'normal' to feel or behave the way we do.
However we are feeling, it is worth remembering that we are all unique and because of this we will all grieve in our own way - whatever our age.
